Scott Larkin is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of New Earth Corps, LLC, an organization he established in 2024 with a vision for pioneering advancements in knowledge management and technology innovations for enhancing disaster, catastrophe, cataclysm, and extinction-level event survival. With a lifelong commitment to innovation, Mr. Larkin has consistently pushed the boundaries of what’s possible in the field.

Before founding New Earth Corps, Mr. Larkin enjoyed a distinguished naval career, where he emerged as a leader in cybersecurity and information technology for both government and commercial clients. His academic journey includes an undergraduate degree in biology from the University of the State of New York and a master’s degree in computer information systems, with an emphasis on program management, from the University of Phoenix online. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), both in good standing.

Mr. Larkin’s extensive experience in disaster management operations is a testament to his leadership in high-stakes environments. He played a critical role in the Navy’s response to the Oakland-San Francisco 1989 earthquake and the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo in the Philippines in 1991. He also witnessed and contributed to the emergency response following the 9/11 attacks on the Pentagon in 2001. Throughout his career, he has trained teams and mentored individuals in diverse areas, including cybersecurity, gas-free engineering, nuclear, biological, and chemical attack response, as well as enclosed shipborne space firefighting and flooding control.
